Solar Alert: Protect your Life App Reviews

I think this app gives great service to the interested Space Weather observer....

Purchased only days ago because it offered free solar monitoring after purchasing the app itself. Now only days later they have chosen to offer a comfortable annual subscription as soon as I update. No price quoted for subscriptions. Nope -- deleting this app. Cannot recommend this developer to honor past offer. Seems unhonest at best.

I pay for an app to not have ads then its updated and there r add and they want u to buy subscription.. Thats Crap!!!!!!!

Wish I could get my money back, we purchase an app now you want a monthly check from me. NOAA emails for free!

I got this app a few days ago, and it was very promising. It had some valuable information and push alerts. Now I have to pay a subscription to get the same info I paid for the app for?? They got my $3, an now I get nothing. Worst app experience in my many years of using the App Store.

I loved this app a lot, loved the warnings... It WAS great till I got the resent update... Why is it now a subscription when it was free for the past two years? So I delete it off my iPhone... No need to keep it if your going to do this. Ill just go online for the info and try a different app. DONT BUY IT!! DONT SUBSCRIBE TO IT....

I purchased this app a couple of years ago. A few months ago they changed to a yearly subscription. I am okay with that. But a few weeks ago they said I need to change to a monthly subscription. If that happens I will file a complaint with Apple to deal with this company. I agreed to a contract and they want to change it not a month after? I would not buy this app until I lost in a month to see if they charge me.

This app has a lot of info. Will definitely help warn you of all things solar

Very informative app but there are numerous annoying instances of poor English use throughout the app. That alone may make me cancel my one month free trial. Ok, Im an English teacher but, hey, why put something out there that riddled with errors?

No pun intended. But this is just what I was looking for...

This app goes about 5 layers deep. Its heavy duty. Takes a while to get the hang of it but once you do, wow. You can get most of this data and imagery from NASAs Solar Dynamics Observatory website, but that process is WAAAY more time consuming. This app brings everything into one place and does most of the heavy lifting for you. Awesome. UPDATE: Still a great app, very comprehensive. I find new content weekly.
